A donation drives is a fundraising event where individuals or organizations collect donations from the public to support a cause or organization. In the case of dog shelters. It could be organized to collect money, food, or other supplies to help care for the dogs at the shelter. These donations could be used to provide food, medical care, and other necessities for the dogs. Many people choose to support dog shelters because they believe in the important work. That these organizations do in providing care and shelter for homeless and neglected dogs. Some people may also have a personal connection to the cause. Such as having adopted a dog from a shelter themselves.
Ah Chye Pet Treats’ Role in the donation drives
Ah Chye Pet Treats frequently have donation drives for some dog shelters such as forget me not shelter for homeless dogs. Do check out our instagram site to know more about it. We are usually generous and we donate up to 70% of the sales even though our margin is not that high. This means that we eventually have to eat into our own pocket for every one you purchase. But we do it for the sake of these poor dogs out there. We believe that no dogs or cats should be deprive of their chance of having a loving home. In January we’ll be having a similar donation drive for SOSD. Hope that we can make an impact to these dog’s life and let both their future.
Why we do it?
We love giving to dog shelters because we believe in the important work that they do in providing care and shelter for homeless and neglected dogs. These organizations often rely on donations from the public to be able to continue their work. and we are happy to contribute to their efforts. We also have a personal connection to the cause. As we have adopted several dogs from shelters over the years and have seen firsthand the difference that these organizations can make in the lives of dogs in need. By supporting dog shelters, we are able to help make a positive impact in the lives of these animals. and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
